Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies
Butterscotch Cookies
bake 325 degrees
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. instant oats
1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. Cream the shortening and sugars; add eggs and beat, Add flour mixture and oats. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
